It is important to clarify that gambling betting’s (and betting on any type of game) is illegal in Cuba. However, these student houses have begun to gain strength within the Havana.
Once the student begins to increase their bets in monetary value they connect him with more people around the island who also bet heavily (from $ 25,000 CUC to $ 60,000) or when he graduates from college and must leave the campus.
