The Apache Nugget Corporation has announced the reopening of its casino near Cuba, New Mexico, on February 14, 2025. This facility, located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 550 and State Highway 537, had been closed since the COVID-19 pandemic began. Tony J. Amormino, President and CEO of Apache Nugget Corporation, expressed enthusiasm about welcoming guests back, stating their commitment to providing top-tier entertainment comparable to that found in Las Vegas.

The revamped casino offers 80 of the latest slot machines, a variety of electronic table game stations—including blackjack, video poker, craps, and baccarat—and a fully operational race and sportsbook. Additionally, patrons can benefit from a Players Club designed to reward loyal customers. The on-site travel center enhances the visitor experience with a convenience store, gas station, and trucker's lounge.

To commemorate the reopening, a ceremony was held on February 14, featuring dignitaries from the local community, the Jicarilla Apache tribe, and Apache Nugget Corporation.
