According to the last report of Coljuegos, where it presented the performance of the gambling sector, it has been demonstrated the great capacity that the different sectors within the industry have had to reactivate their sales and recover their income levels.

Baloto, Baloto revancha and Super Astro were no strangers to this, despite not being the ones who achieved the most in terms of collection, they continue to be one of the pillars that allow the industry to contribute more and more to the health of Colombians.
In 2020, Baloto, Baloto revancha and Super Astro were companies that, as well as casinos, had a point in which their sales dropped to 0 during that year due to the pandemic.
This has not been an obstacle to reactivate again and even equal or exceed their sales with respect to the levels they had in 2019. Numbers that Super Astro has managed to surpass, managing to contribute a total of 580 thousands of millions pesos (135 401 638 USD) in 2021.
In the other hand, Baloto and Revancha that are part of the same consortium, and have seen a decrease during the last time in which IGT was at the head, this comparing it against their sales levels of 2019.

It is noteworthy that the new operator is committed to reach 1,122 municipalities and special districts in the country. They will do so through a network that will consist of more than 73,000 terminals nationwide. At the same time, they will have strategic allies in each department.

Of these, 111 families were fortunate enough to receive multi-million dollar prizes in excess of 1.9 billion pesos (443 650 190 USD).
Finally, it is expected that the offer made by the new operator, in which through a percentage of 26% of the exploitation rights, will generate contributions to health of 50,000 million pesos per year for a total of 250,000 million pesos (58.370.175 USD) in the five years of the contract.
