It is appropriate today to talk about the issue of the famous cooperatives or godfather companies against Coljuegos that although they have been guarantors of many of those small operators who do not meet the minimums to sign a contract, over time they have become macules for the achievement of policies that are increasingly scarce and difficult to obtain.
There are cooperatives so to speak that add to their contracts to anyone who wants to enter to the "pool" by paying in advance up to three and four months to operate in the shadow of a foreign contract. In principle sounds decent but in the light of the figures are these small companies that present more sinister, since microenterprises are usually family that have not transcended and have remained in obscurantism, have not evolved and still manages the Uncontrolled money "everyone gets out, nobody invest," there is no reinvestment in equipment and the concept of industry is not yet clear, it does not exist.
Some of these cooperatives survive and others are already on their way out because their own associates have broken them by not paying, they have had administrative processes and the insurer in certain cases no longer covers them because they have a record.
The problem is not in the model itself, the real problem is the lack of awareness of the operators that do not understand that it is necessary to evolve, that the change is inevitable and is possible to make profits but organized, controlling expenses, and putting the business in a quarantine almost hospital recovery room where if you need to run and rescue it, invest.
I had the opportunity to do field work and visit two locals which to my surprise despite being in different cities and being from different owners, one was faithful copy of the other: they had equipment twenty or thirty years ago, in some of the cabinets are installed the famous Chinese cards called “paula”, clone wms, fruit games or similar; they take pains to give almost two or three players at lunch attention without the slightest control of spending and without following up on whether the game is enough to cover the cost of care, which in itself already generates loss, the person in charge of place is the son / daughter of the owner who only sees life on the screen of his cell phone and is not moved by what happens outside ... gloomy panorama.
And at the end of the exercise "there is no money to pay for Coljuegos", they end the "contract" with the cooperative A and they leave for cooperative B, they are deer without land, which is plausible because their priorities are different.
It seems to have no relationship with the other operators of the ecosystem but even the big casinos that operate in Colombia suffer because of it, since the insurers already have resentments for the high accident rate and are hardening their policies against the industry, in fact if you are reading has been crawling to build the CDT, you understand what I'm saying ...
As you will see, it is not insurers, it is the same operators that are unintentionally complicating other operators.
