José Vall has been re-elected as president of ANESAR.

The Spanish Association of Gambling and Recreational Venue Business Owners (ANESAR) on general Assembly held November 7th in Madrid, José Vall has been re-elected as president of the association.

Vall thanked the members for their support and highlighted the importance of facing challenges with serenity and firmness.

He also highlighted the plurality of ANESAR and the need to maintain unity in the diversity of voices and ways of understanding the gaming room business. Vall highlighted the importance of explaining the reality of the sector in a pedagogical and didactic way, especially in the face of changes in governments. In addition, he emphasized the need to work on the normalization and regulation of the activity, guaranteeing the protection of citizens and promoting safe and controlled gambling to prevent the proliferation of illegal gambling.

In reference to the recent elections and changes in governments, he emphasized the need to explain the reality of the sector in a pedagogical and didactic way. This includes the unfair treatment that private gaming often receives compared to public gaming.

Likewise, he stressed that politicians cannot be asked to improve business, since that is the responsibility of businessmen within the framework of competition and market freedom.

Pepe Vall urged politicians to allow entrepreneurs to work without obstacles, regulating in a way that does not hinder the fundamental principles of competition and market freedom. He expressed his bewilderment at the current payment situation in many places, underlining the urgent need to address this issue.

Additionally, he advocated for the need for competitive schedules in communities where early closures are still imposed and raised the importance of reversing situations and regulations that have led to the closure of salons, highlighting the need for a proactive approach in this regard.

Pepe Vall also highlighted the work of training workers, encouraging everyone to participate in this effort, which has already benefited more than 5,000 employees.
