The online betting platform FullReto, operated by Grupo Vinnare S.A.S., has stopped operating in the Colombian market after the expiration of its concession contract on December 18, 2024. This decision marks the end of its operation in the country, which excludes it from the list of operators authorized by Coljuegos for online gambling.
Marco Emilio Hincapié, president of Coljuegos, highlighted that the entity is carrying out an exhaustive follow-up to ensure that more than 10,000 affected users receive the refund of their outstanding balances.
“We are committed to protecting the rights of players. Therefore, we have required the operator to guarantee the necessary resources to comply with the bettors, as stipulated in the concession contract,” said Hincapié.
As part of the obligations of the contract, Grupo Vinnare S.A.S. must establish a fiduciary trust that guarantees the custody of the players' resources. Coljuegos announced that it will inform in a timely manner how to make the refund request once the fiduciary process is activated. This mechanism seeks to safeguard the rights of users and offer a clear and transparent solution.
The closure of FullReto also invites Colombian bettors to migrate to any of the 15 platforms authorized by Coljuegos. These platforms not only guarantee a safe and regulated experience, but also contribute to the country's health system, generating resources for the collective benefit.
Hincapié emphasized that, although Coljuegos manages the rent monopoly of games of chance, the direct operation of the platforms is the responsibility of the concessionaires. Therefore, any claim or complaint from users must be initially managed by the outgoing operator.
