It would be good to investigate thoroughly the complaints against the operations management of Coljuegos and their alleged irregular acts, for the clarity of all. Today I bring you another complaint that corresponds to all of you to analyze the case.

It is happening that there are representatives of a connection company that already as if nothing offers the data of the competition, casinos / local and promote the sale of X or Y slot machine under the pretext that they have the figures of the game, which is from every point of view unethical or disrespectful.

Now a days, and due to a national law, Casino’s operators must have all their machines connected to internet and to a specialized system so every movement of the same one could be reported. Including coin-in, coin-out, if it was/wasn’t turned on during a period, times played, and many more events.

The same situation among the promotion of different type of games, is being promoted in the cooperatives of Barranquilla as far as I have been able to find out.

The data that I checked with one of them, was the reading of counters of the casino that is near one of mine in downtown Barranquilla, the day before and the F18 (one of the reports daily-basis send to Coljuegos), which I deciphered for "more security". I do not know if the figures he offered me were real or not, but what is real is that it belongs to a company in Peru and that they are providers of the connection service for that casino.

Very suspicious in addition to lacking in morals, is that the machines they are pushing are old machines like WMS 550, or clones of Chinese cards or IGT's Crystal, which makes me think that they are in league with these "assemblers" of junk and that surely they pay them some bribe for this, or it is pure smuggling, or they are playing to pack it with something that they will not be able to pay.

Be careful to whom it corresponds if there is a leak of information on the part of your workers and watch out for YOUR information, especially when it is as sensitive as how much you earn and where you do better, because they sell it to the competition or as in Peru as it happened with a connection company that ended up putting competition next to each of the customers who were doing better and has stayed with the rooms.
