Enjoy S.A. requested on September 2, 2026, the early termination of the operating permit for Casino Gran Los Ángeles, in Chile’s Biobío Region, deepening the reduction of its footprint in the country following similar processes in Viña del Mar, Coquimbo and Pucón.

The request was approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Casino Gran Los Ángeles S.A. and reported to the Financial Market Commission (CMF). The licence was originally due to run until July 30, 2038, but Enjoy opted for the three-year early-exit mechanism provided under Law No. 19,995 and its implementing regulations.

The resignation still requires approval from the Resolution Council of the Superintendence of Casinos (SCJ). If accepted, the permit will expire three years after the corresponding resolution is published in the Official Gazette. During that period, the casino must continue operating, paying taxes and complying with the economic offer committed under its permit.
