ITRC it´s the maximum authority in Colombia to investigate the Government entities , like DIAN (tax minister ) and Coljuegos (and other dependences).
After several meetings between, Fecoljuegos, Cornazar and Asojuegos, the unions issue a statement where they reject and dismiss as "unfortunate" the position of the entity in relation to the application of legal collection according to Law 1955 of May 25, 2019, Article 59
Despite affirming that the operators must continue paying the suggested liquidations as they were doing, they summon extraordinary assemblies to all these registered actors to illustrate them about the strategies that have been proposed and which have begun to be advanced.
Among these actions, the associations have denounced to the ITRC the actions of Coljuegos, because there is no absolute clarity in the legal collections or suggested liquidations that the entity makes, consequently they quote in a request for clarification of payment of exploitation rights:
"There are no conditions of reliability neither for contracts perfected before May 25, 2019 nor for those perfected after this date, it is necessary that the Entity clarifies what is the applicable rate for contracts perfected before May 25, 2019 "
