Are gambling companies prepared for the visit of the International Monetary Fund?

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) will visit the country between June 20 and July 6, 2017, with the objective of making a diagnosis to identify how the real sector is located and financial, and thus evaluate the System Against Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism in Colombia.

To carry out this evaluation, the IMF (International Monetary Fund) will conduct interviews with public entities and some compliance officers of various economic activities. For this reason, all Luck and Rake Games companies are responsible for building and implementing a risk-based approach, taking into account a set of effective procedures and policies aimed at identifying, preventing, controlling and mitigating Risks LA / FT.

Recommendations for the adoption of an appropriate Risk Management System

- Act of appointment of the Compliance Officer

- Letter of Acceptance of Charge by the Compliance Officer

- Manual of procedures or primer updated with the new resolution of SIPLAFT (Resolution No. 20161200032334 of December 1, 2016)

- Code of conduct

- Studies and training of the Compliance Officer and / or persons in charge of the Risk Department in each company

- Training to internal counterparts (Room and administrative employees, partners, etc.)

- Formats of due knowledge of external partners (Customers, suppliers, etc.)

- Crossing of restrictive lists

- Management documentation related to SIPLAFT

- Identification and analysis of risks

- UIAF E-Learning Courses
