Coljuegos presented a draft resolution by which the protocol is adopted to carry out the suggested settlement of the exploitation rights and administration expenses caused by the operation of bingo chairs. In the third article, the Coljuegos project indicates that the bingo rooms that must be connected online will be identified in the system as “Bingo Online”.
Bingos in Colombia die slowly and Coljuegos does not do anything to save them.
Coljuegos also indicates that, for the suggested settlement of online bingo exploitation rights, it must be considered that the inventory must have the identification of the connected chairs with the label "Bingo Online", and that the operator is responsible of the information transmitted through the SCLB.
In addition, the operator must guarantee the daily reporting of all sales and prizes of its Online Bingo, and these must report the total of the day in Colombian pesos and without including decimals. In this sense, the operator is responsible for providing the information to calculate the net income of each Online Bingo, so the lack of information for one or several days is not enforceable.
Finally, if an Online Bingo does not meet the conditions of connectivity and reliability during the period to be settled, they will be identified in the system as “TF” and will be settled with the rates provided for in article 34 of Law 643 of 2001 and will not there will be room for modification.
Regarding exploitation rights, the resolution states that the amount to be paid for concession contracts in execution will be (12%) of the gross income less the number of prizes paid.
