According to paragraph 5 of article 4 of Decree 1076, it establishes that the mayors of municipalities and districts with or with a low impact of COVID-19 may authorize the implementation of pilot plans, as long as they comply with the biosafety protocols issued in the resolution 00001359.
It is important to note that these protocols must first be approved by the ARLs and then by the municipalities, once both processes have passed, they may be part of the pilot tests authorized by each mayor.
