Putting Mundo Video Corp. as a point of research at EAFIT University, they managed to create a system that aims to improve the service and support given to the different technicians in the sector.
In this second semester of this year, project preparation students Julián Gómez, Carolina López and Camilo Cruz from EAFIT University carried out research on a new project that is being implemented in 2018.
It is based on a support network that structures the repair and maintenance process of the different casino equipment that exists in the industry, together with more competitive prices that seek to support the sector's technicians, providing them with greater guarantees and benefits.
In this way, the students in support of the EAFIT university and the sponsorship of Mundo Video Corp. managed to develop this support system, where the affiliates, that are, the technicians of the sector, will receive multiple benefits among these the profits of extra commissions seeking to increase sales.
The project fosters dynamism in the sector through the creation of sales teams that allow greater competitiveness where the beneficiaries will be technicians from different cities.
This seeks to achieve the creation of work and increased sales, thus activating and promoting the economy of the industry, which will ultimately favor the country's growth.
The program will be officially launched in the first two months of 2018.
