After the open letter published by Mundo Video to the president of Coljuegos, Cesar Augusto Valencia, the associations made public a request for the socialization of the technical document establishing the reliability conditions of slot machines to Coljuegos, signed by the presidents of the associations.
This is a project that proposes a before and after for the sector and casino operators in the country. Therefore, it is necessary to fully understand the technical requirements that the regulator is demanding to the sector, since because of the establishment of this project, economic and technical impacts are generated to the existing concession contracts.
Secondly, the letter sent to Coljuegos also in a coherent action to the first point requests the extension of the time or maximum date in which the operators may submit their observations and/or comments on the project so that they may be submitted once the rules of the game of the procedure of these reliability conditions are clear.
Coljuegos has extended the deadline for submitting the observations by 5 days more than initially proposed. We are still waiting for the date for the technical table for the socialization of the technical document.
