Measures COVID19. Yesterday the government published the economic measures that it would seek to assist in the overall trade.
With this, Dian published resolution 000022, where they point out that it will be suspended from 19 March to 3 April in terms of processes and administrative proceedings, in several areas between the tax and the customs office.
There will also be suspension of the application of applications for both PQRS, rut and any other application made by the SIE (electronic computer service). Reasons why, during the same period as those measures, the Dian will not pay attention to the public at any of its units.
Guilds ask Coljuegos for help
For their part, the guilds have reported that they have met with Coljuegos to seek the support of the entity and the government, because of the situation that the country is experiencing with the emergency decreed by the National Government by COVID19.
Seeking to legally solve and avoiding the cessation of an industry that contributes to health allowing it to have sufficient resources to deal with emergencies like these, the aggressions claim to have agreed with Coljuegos the following:
Total and partial suspensions of concession contracts, where all operators can apply of any kind, being justified by COVID-19, as a force majeure situation. Any of the suspensions temporarily according to the emergency decreed by the National Government which is may 30 May.
On the other hand, the partial suspension shall have no limitation on the number of minimum elements to be operated, i.e. the limit of 80 slots machines may be exceeded.
Mundo Video, tried to contact coljuegos' public relations area to corroborate these claims, but they gave no response.
On March 17, Coljuegos published on its website the circular with the established number 2020100000076, where it invited casino operators to continue working for the situation, so that the Colombian health system could continue to count on the resources needed to meet the challenges ahead
