Hard Rock Bet, the sports betting and online casino platform operated by Hard Rock Digital, has launched one of its most ambitious summer marketing campaigns by bringing together Colombian football icon Carlos "El Pibe" Valderrama and NFL legend Michael Irvin in Miami to introduce Super Sub, a new feature designed specifically for football betting. The activation took place on 24 June 2026 at La Sandwicherie Wynwood in Miami and forms part of the company's strategy to capitalize on the global football season while expanding its reach among both Latino and American audiences.

For six hours, the venue was transformed into the "Super Sub Shop," where the company distributed 1,000 free sandwiches, organized autograph sessions, fan photo opportunities, promotional giveaways and interactive experiences. Carlos Valderrama welcomed fans from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., while Michael Irvin, a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, three-time Super Bowl champion with the Dallas Cowboys, and former Miami Hurricanes star, participated from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., reinforcing the campaign's connection with the U.S. sports audience.

The marketing strategy combined two internationally recognized sports icons to engage both the Latin American and North American markets simultaneously. While Valderrama remains one of the most iconic figures in the history of Colombian and South American football, Irvin enjoys strong recognition in Florida and among American professional sports fans, allowing Hard Rock Bet to position a cross-market campaign during the peak of the international football calendar.

At the center of the campaign was Super Sub, a new feature integrated into the Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook that keeps a player proposition bet active when the selected footballer is substituted during a match, automatically transferring the wager to the replacement player. The innovation is designed to differentiate the operator's sportsbook offering in an increasingly competitive sports betting market.

Hard Rock Bet is operated by Hard Rock Digital, the interactive gaming venture created by Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming. The Seminole Tribe of Florida, which acquired the Hard Rock brand in 2007, also operates Florida's exclusive mobile sportsbook, one of the largest regulated sports betting markets in the United States.

Through this campaign, the company continues to strengthen its brand positioning by leveraging the international football calendar and the growing demand for innovative betting products tailored to football fans.
