All will face criminal proceedings for the crime of unlawful exercise of monopolistic activity of renting arbitration.
With Keno's commercial activities, they allegedly evaded taxes in the region because it operated without the authorization of the regulatory entity and also affected the profitability of legally incorporated companies.
The apprehended were made available to the Public Prosecutor's Office and will be presented to a guarantee control judge.
