Protocol for the Prevention of Infection and Spread of COVID-19 within Casinos

For these protocols, Coljuegos proposes the following 16 general measures:

1. The personnel who provide the services must be in good health and not suffer from chronic diseases or diseases that affect their immune response.

2. They should use personal protective equipment such as masks or face masks and disposable or rubber gloves, depending on the level of exposure.

3. The protective elements should be put on before starting any activity and removed after being outside the exposure zone.

4. Coughing, sneezing, hand washing and other greeting protocols must be available to workers and users.

5. A minimum social distance of 1.5 meters between people should be maintained.

6. Do not pass your hands over your eyes, mouth, or ears.

7. If you have symptoms of flu, you should immediately notify your boss and stay home and watch for symptoms in case you need to go to the medical service.

8. Clean work surfaces with water-based products containing hypochlorite or disinfectants.

9. Limit the number of people and exposure time to the minimum possible.

10. Strengthen and intensify cleaning programs in physical facilities.

11. If air conditioning is used, it should be properly checked and maintained.

12. Implement and maintain hydration points for employees.

13. Avoid entry control systems by footprint or requiring physical contract.

g. Keep contact with the external user or customer to a minimum.

h. Make available soapy water or at least 60% glycerine alcohol and elements for waste collection.

i. To implement and maintain hydration points that allow the collaborators to hydrate themselves in a continuous way in the operation.

j. Conduct adequate maintenance of air projection equipment, such as hand dryers, air conditioning and ventilation equipment.

k. Implement a solid waste management protocol that establishes the disposal of biohazardous waste in red bags with a label and a lid.

l. Require visitors or external clients to wear masks or face masks when entering the organization's facilities.

 

Finally, Coljuegos will conduct periodic evaluations of each of the implemented measures, assessing the biological risk for coronavirus infection and determining the most appropriate controls.
