New complaints against the Kopper Keg in Las Vegas, as they were several alleged failures from casinos to follow state orders when it comes to health and safety guidelines to avoid the spread of coronavirus.
Even formal complaints have been filed by the Nevada Gaming Control Board against gambling license holders related to coronavirus regulations since the pandemic began, including three that had not previously been reported.
The complaint filed against SAHARA Las Vegas, Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno, and slot route operator United Coin in Las Vegas were included in reports released on Thursday. The United Coin complaint is related to observations at a property called Cheers Tap House in Winnemucca.
Since August 1, the Nevada Gaming Control Board's Enforcement Division has conducted an additional 1,795 inspections and observations of nonrestricted and restricted licensees statewide.
To date, the Board has opened 189 regulatory cases statewide, relating to non-compliance with the Board’s Health and Safety Policies.
